Essential Procedures
Up to date CRB Checks:
We perform regular, termly CRB checks on our teachers.
NO teacher or member of staff is offered a placement before a physical
CRB is produced.
Comprehensive Checks:
Our rigorous selection process includes CRB and List 99 checks.
Face to Face Interviews:
Every teacher is interviewed and undergoes various aptitude and
psychometric tests and is then selected for schools which are appropriate to
their skills and experience.
Reference Checks:
Written academic and employment references are required of all
teachers.
ID Checks:
National Insurance, Proof of Address, Proof of Signature and Qualification
checks are performed at every interview.
